We’re inviting a small number of design-partner cities in South Carolina and North Carolina. Here is what the pilot includes, what we ask of your city, and what happens at the end.

Included at no charge

What the pilot includes

During the pilot, these are provided at no charge:

The full platform — we activate the modules your city selects.
Setup and provisioning of a branded tenant.
Import of your records in the agreed scope, using AI where it helps.
All AI features — grounded in your records, read-only, with staff approving every draft.

Hosting is billed at cost — or self-host. It’s your city’s platform either way.

Names the people who review, approve and own each workflow.
Takes part in acceptance — we validate imported records with your staff before launch.

Timing

From branded tenant to go-live

A branded tenant in about a minute — we’ll do it live.
Your first selected workflows in days — configured with your team.
An AI-assisted first version of your city website in days — reviewed by city staff before publication.
Public go-live — the date is agreed with your team after reviewing data, integrations and approvals.

Sandbox: an isolated, resettable tenant with the modules your city selects and safe test data. Staff practice real workflows, then reset it — live records stay untouched.

Your data

Your data stays yours

You own the data. Full export on demand, in open formats — with no export fees.
Open API — the same one our own applications use.
No proprietary lock-in — your records always leave with you, including after the pilot.

When the pilot ends

Your city decides what’s next

At the end of the pilot, your city decides whether to continue. If you continue, we agree the price together, based on what running your modules actually cost during the pilot. If you don’t, we help you export everything — no lock-in either way.
